Privacy policy

This policy explains what information KURENT Lifestyle collects through kurentlifestyle.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

kurentlifestyle.com is run by KURENT Lifestyle, the photography business of Sandra-Joy Unaegbu, based in the United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email hello@alwayskurent.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, plus optional details: phone number, the type of session, location, preferred date and how you heard about us. We use this only to reply to you, plan your shoot and send you a quote. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.

The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States. Formspree receives what you type so it can email it to us, and it keeps a copy of submissions for a limited time. See Formspree's privacy policy.

When you simply browse. Like every website, our host (SiteGround) automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and the host deletes them on its normal schedule.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading a page doesn't send your details to Google or anyone else. The site saves one small technical note in your browser for the length of your visit, which makes sure you see the latest version of each page. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close the tab.

Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Photos of people

The portfolio shows work from real shoots. We publish images of clients only with their agreement, given in their booking agreement or in writing. If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it removed, email us and we'll take it down promptly.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries and the related emails only as long as we need them to reply to you, plan and deliver your shoot, and keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
• stop using it for a particular purpose

Children

The site isn't aimed at children. Bookings and enquiries for sessions involving children, such as family, graduation or academy shoots, should come from a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
